Philly cheese steak pizza: Pizza crust topped with American cheese, sirloin, mushrooms, bell pepper, and onion.
Ingredients:
  • cooking spray
  • 8 ounces beef sirloin, thinly sliced
  • butter-flavored cooking spray
  • 1 (8 ounce) package sliced fresh mushrooms
  • 1 onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 green bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • 1 (10 ounce) container refrigerated pizza dough
  • 12 slices white American cheese
  • 2 cups shredded Mexican cheese blend
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and generously coat a skillet with cooking spray.
  • Sear the beef sirloin in the skillet until nicely browned on the outside and pink inside, for about 3 to 4 minutes. Then, transfer it to a plate.
  • Coat the skillet with butter-flavored cooking spray, then sauté mushrooms, onion, and green bell pepper until just tender, around 5 minutes.
  • Spread out the pizza dough on a baking sheet, layer American cheese on top. Add the mushroom mixture and sirloin, then sprinkle with Mexican cheese blend.
  • Bake until the cheese turns a beautiful golden brown, about 15-20 minutes in the preheated oven.
