Succulent pork chops seared then baked in a rich, flavorful cream of mushroom sauce with a hint of onion and fresh mushrooms - easy and delectable!
Ingredients:
  • 1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 packet dry onion soup mix
  • 1 (10.75 ounce) can water
  • 1 cup mushrooms, diced
  • 4 pork chops
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
Instructions:
  • Turn your oven into a culinary playground at 350 degrees Fahrenheit (175 degrees Celsius).
  • Mix together the mushroom soup, onion soup mix, water, and mushrooms in a medium bowl.
  • Brown the pork chops in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Then, transfer the chops to a 9x9 inch baking dish and smother them with the mushroom soup mixture.
  • Cook the pork in the preheated oven until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C), about 1 1/2 hours.
