Whip up delightful peanut butter present cookies with cookie icing and decorations!
Ingredients:
  • 1 pouch (7.2 oz) Betty Crocker™ Peanut Butter Cookie Mix
  • 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • 1 pouch (7 oz) Betty Crocker™ decorating cookie icing
  • 1 package (3.8 oz) Betty Crocker™ Christmas décor mix
Instructions:
  • Preheat oven to 350°F. Combine cookie mix, flour, oil, and water in a small bowl until a soft dough forms. Roll out the dough on a floured surface into an 8x6-inch rectangle, about 1/4 inch thick. Cut the dough into twelve 2-inch squares using a knife, arranging them in 4 rows by 3 rows.
  • Place the cookies 2 inches apart on an ungreased cookie sheet. Bake for 7 to 9 minutes or until the edges are set and a light golden brown. Allow them to cool for 2 minutes on the cookie sheet, then transfer them to a cooling rack. Let the cookies cool completely for about 15 minutes before enjoying.
  • 1. Spread cookie icing on each cookie and adorn with decorations. Use cookie icing to pipe bows on the cookies.
