Easy pull-together entertaining platter

Impressive platter featuring a variety of fruits, vegetables, cheese, bread, nuts, and dips for any occasion.
Ingredients:
  • 1 loaf sourdough, cut into 2cm-thick slices
  • 36.40 gm extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 garlic clove, halved
  • 180g tub Black Swan warming spinach, mozzarella and haloumi dip
  • 180g tub warming leek and bacon dip
  • 200g wedge vintage cheddar
  • 200g wedge creamy blue cheese
  • 150g mixed marinated olives
  • 1 bunch baby (Dutch) carrots, trimmed, peeled, halved (at shoot, please leave a little of the green stem on)
  • 250g baby qukes, halved (or quartered if too big at shoot)
  • 1 red capsicum, cut into 2cm-thick pieces
  • 250g strawberries, large strawberries halved
  • 150g bunch red grapes, cut into small bunches
  • 250.00 ml mixed roasted, salted nuts
  • Pretzels, to serve
  • Grissini sticks, to serve
Instructions:
  • Preheat a blazing hot chargrill pan. Coat one side of each bread slice with oil and grill for 3 to 4 minutes per side until deliciously charred. Gently rub the cut side of garlic onto each slice of bread for an extra burst of flavor.
  • Prepare dips according to package instructions.
  • Create a visually stunning platter by elegantly arranging the dips, bread, cheeses, olives, carrot, cucumbers, strawberries, grapes, nuts, pretzels, and grissini. Present and enjoy!
