Quick and delicious skillet ravioli lasagna ready in under 30 minutes, perfect for busy weeknights! Full of classic Italian flavors your family will adore.
Ingredients:
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 jar (25.5 oz) Muir Glen™ Organic Pasta Sauce Italian Herb
  • 1/3 cup water
  • 1 package (18 oz) frozen cheese ravioli
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated mozzarella cheese (1 oz)
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped parsley
Instructions:
  • In a large skillet over medium-high heat, cook the beef until browned, stirring frequently. Remember to drain excess fat before proceeding.
  • Combine pasta sauce and water in the pot, stirring until well mixed. Gently add frozen ravioli, ensuring each piece is coated in the sauce. Bring to a boil, then lower the heat. Cover and simmer for 8 minutes, stirring halfway through cooking.
  • Combine ricotta cheese, mozzarella cheese, and parsley in a small bowl until mixed. Spoon the ricotta mixture over the pasta, cover, and cook on low heat for about 2 minutes until the cheese is melted.
  • Enjoy while hot and fresh.
