Effortlessly delicious Swedish meatballs cooked in a creamy mushroom sauce using frozen meatballs, beef broth, and sour cream in a slow cooker.
Ingredients:
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1 (10.5 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 2 tablespoons steak sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon paprika
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 (28 ounce) package frozen cooked meatballs, thawed
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 1 cup sour cream
Instructions:
  • Combine beef broth and condensed soup in a slow cooker, then enhance with steak sauce, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Gently fold in meatballs and onion.
  • Cook on High for 4 hours until perfectly tender and flavorful.
