Easy slow cooker apple spice bread pudding.
Ingredients:
  • 3 cups apples - peeled, cored and diced
  • 10 slices bread, cubed
  • 0.5 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 0.25 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 0.125 teaspoon salt
  • 0.75 cup brown sugar
  • 0.5 cup butter, melted
Instructions:
  • First, load the crock of your slow cooker with the fresh apples. Then, in a bowl, mix the bread cubes with cinnamon, nutmeg, salt, and brown sugar. Next, spread this mixture over the apples and generously drizzle with melted butter. Cover and let it cook on Low for 3 hours, or until the apples are perfectly tender.
