Get creative with make-ahead dinner rolls using store-bought dough for an easy and unique twist!
Ingredients:
  • 1 package (13.5 ounces) frozen dinner roll dough
  • 3 tablespoons Gold Medal™ all-purpose flour
  • 3/4 teaspoon hot water
  • 3 tablespoons butter or margarine, softened
Instructions:
  • Grease a round pan, 9x1 1/2 inches in size. Place 8 dough balls evenly around the outside of the pan and 4 balls in the center. Cover and let the dough thaw and rise in a warm place for 2 to 3 hours or as per package instructions.
  • Preheat your oven to 350°F. Combine flour, butter, and hot water to make a smooth mixture. Transfer the mixture into a decorating bag fitted with a #4 writing tip. Pipe the mixture onto the center of each ball in a snowflake pattern, making each design 1 to 1 1/2 inches in diameter.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown. Remove buns from pan while still warm and serve.
