Easy Spaghetti Squash Spaghetti

Oven-roasted spaghetti squash topped with savory Parmesan, a simple and delightful dish.
Ingredients:
  • 1 spaghetti squash, halved and seeded
  • 1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
  • salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon freshly grated Parmesan cheese, or to taste
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) and place squash halves, cut-side down, in a large baking dish.
  • Roast in the oven until squash is tender, about 40 minutes. Allow to cool for 10 minutes before handling.
  • Use a fork to shred the inside of the squash, then transfer it to a bowl. Drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle with salt and pepper, and toss well to coat. Serve with a generous sprinkle of Parmesan cheese.
