"Smoky St. Louis-style pork ribs grilled to perfection and slathered in tangy BBQ sauce for a finger-licking good meal."
Ingredients:
  • 4 pounds St. Louis-style pork ribs, cut into 6-inch sections
  • 2 cups barbecue sauce, or to taste
Instructions:
  • Preheat one side of the gas grill to 300 degrees F (150 degrees C).
  • Fill a small metal can or container with water and cover it with aluminum foil. Use a knife to make several slits in the foil. Then, place it on the preheated side of the grill.
  • Lay ribs bone-side up on the cool side of the grill and cover. Cook for 1 1/2 hours. Turn ribs over and grill until the meat pulls back from the bones, approximately 1 1/2 hours.
  • Brush ribs with aromatic barbecue sauce. Place on the hot grill; grill for 2 minutes with the lid down. Turn over and brush the other side with sauce. Grill for 2 more minutes with the lid closed. Flip again and brush the first side with extra sauce. Grill for a final 2 minutes with the lid down.
