Whip up a quick and nutritious teriyaki beef stir-fry with walnuts in just 25 minutes!
Ingredients:
  • 2 tsp sesame oil
  • 600g No Added Hormones Beef Rump Steak or Scotch Fillet Steak, thinly sliced
  • 1 red onion, cut into wedges
  • 1 bunch baby broccoli, halved lengthways
  • 1 bunch asparagus, woody ends trimmed, cut into 7cm lengths
  • 160ml teriyaki marinade
  • 50g walnut
  • Steamed jasmine rice, to serve
Instructions:
  • In a large non-stick frying pan over high heat, heat half of the oil. Add one-third of the beef and stir-fry for 2 minutes until browned. Transfer to a bowl. Repeat this process with the remaining beef in two more batches.
  • Heat the remaining oil in the pan, then stir in the onion, baby broccoli, and asparagus. Cook for 5 minutes until just tender. Add back the beef along with the teriyaki sauce and walnuts. Stir-fry for 1-2 minutes until the sauce boils and slightly thickens.
  • Portion out the rice and stir-fry into individual serving bowls. Enjoy right away.
