Microwave peanut butter fudge with creamy frosting for a simple and delicious sweet treat.
Ingredients:
  • waxed paper
  • 1 (18 ounce) jar peanut butter
  • 1 (12 ounce) container whipped cream cheese frosting
Instructions:
  • Prepare an 8-inch square pan by lining it with waxed paper, ready for use.
  • Combine the peanut butter and cream cheese frosting in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave on high for 30 seconds. Stir well, then microwave for another 30 seconds. Stir until smooth and fully combined.
  • Transfer the mixture into the lined baking pan. Chill in the refrigerator for about 1 hour until firm, then cut into bite-sized squares.
