Quick and easy two-ingredient Indian naan bread, perfect as a simple side dish for any meal!
Ingredients:
  • 1.25 cups self-rising flour, or more as needed
  • 1 cup whole-milk Greek yogurt
Instructions:
  • Combine self-rising flour and Greek yogurt in a large bowl until fully mixed. Transfer to a floured work surface and knead until smooth, adding extra flour as needed to prevent sticking, for 2 to 3 minutes.
  • Shape the dough into a 9x7-inch rectangle, then cut into 8 equal pieces. Dust each piece lightly with flour and flatten into a 1/4 inch thick semi-rectangular shape.
  • 1. Grease a large skillet over medium heat. Add flattened dough pieces. Cook until bubbly and golden brown, 2-4 minutes. Flip and cook another 2-4 minutes. Repeat until all dough is cooked. Serve warm.
