Two-Ingredient Bagels

Whip up easy bagels using two-ingredient dough, customize with your favorite seed toppings.
Ingredients:
  • 1.25 cups self-rising flour, or more as needed
  • 1 cup plain whole-milk Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon bagel seasoning blend
  • avocado oil cooking spray
Instructions:
  • Place a sheet of parchment paper on a baking tray.
  • In a large bowl, mix flour and yogurt until a soft dough forms. Transfer the dough to a lightly floured surface and knead for 3 minutes.
  • Divide dough into 4 equal pieces. Roll each piece into a ball and then shape into a bagel, using your fingers to create a hole in the center. Place on the baking sheet and repeat with the remaining dough.
  • Let the bagels sit for 15 minutes, then coat with cooking spray and generously sprinkle with everything bagel seasoning.
  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) for a perfect bake.
  • Simply bake the bagels in the preheated oven until they turn golden brown, which should take 20 to 25 minutes.
