Egg-free vanilla ice cream made with simple ingredients for a classic summer treat!
Ingredients:
  • 2 quarts half-and-half cream
  • 1.5 cups white sugar
  • 0.5 pint heavy cream
  • 4 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch salt
Instructions:
  • In the freezer container of an ice cream maker, blend half-and-half, sugar, cream, vanilla, and salt. Follow the manufacturer's instructions for freezing, approximately 20 minutes. Once frozen, transfer to an airtight container and freeze until firm, roughly 4 hours.
