Protein-packed edamame dip with a guacamole-like flavor. Enjoy with fresh veggies, tortilla chips, or pita bread.
Ingredients:
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 chipotle pepper in adobo sauce
  • 1 teaspoon hot pepper sauce, or to taste
  • 0.5 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 cup frozen shelled edamame (green soybeans), thawed
  • 1 tablespoon water, or as needed
  • salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
  • Blend garlic cloves, chipotle pepper, olive oil, hot sauce, and cumin until smooth. Then blend in edamame until smooth. Adjust consistency with water. Season with salt and pepper to taste before serving.
