Egg-free mango bread with sweet mango puree, yogurt, and milk powder for a unique and delicious twist.
Ingredients:
  • 1 cup diced fresh mango
  • 0.25 cup hot water
  • 0.5 cup white sugar
  • 0.5 cup skim milk powder
  • 0.5 cup yogurt
  • 0.5 cup sunflower oil
  • 2 cups whole wheat flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) and generously grease a 9-inch loaf pan.
  • In a blender, combine mango, water, sugar, milk powder, yogurt, and oil until smooth. Transfer the mixture to a bowl. In a separate bowl, sift together wheat flour, baking powder, and baking soda. Gently fold the flour mixture into the mango puree. Pour the combined mixture into a prepared pan.
  • Bake in the oven until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean, for 30-45 minutes.
