Ingredients:
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 2 pounds rib tips
  • 1 tablespoon BBQ rub
  • 0.25 cup apple juice
  • 1 cup barbeque sauce
Instructions:
  • Preheat your electric smoker to 250°F (120°C).
  • Season rib tips generously with salt, then generously coat with BBQ rub, ensuring all parts are well covered. Massage gently to distribute flavors evenly.
  • Add the rib tips to the smoker, ensuring it is preheated, and smoke for 1 1/2 hours while regularly spritzing with apple juice.
  • Place the rib tips onto a baking sheet and generously coat them with flavorful barbecue sauce, ensuring each piece is fully coated by gently stirring them.
  • Place the rib tips back in the smoker and smoke for 30 minutes. Move them to a serving plate and allow them to rest for 5 minutes before serving.
