Elevate your hosting game with decadent pesto and pine nut-filled Brie baked in flaky crescent rolls. Perfect for entertaining or a luxurious solo treat!
Ingredients:
  • 1 (8 ounce) round Brie cheese
  • 2 tablespoons pesto sauce
  • 0.25 cup toasted pine nuts
  • 2 teaspoons brown sugar
  • 1 (8 ounce) package refrigerated crescent rolls
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to a piping hot 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
  • Slice the Brie cheese horizontally into two equal rounds resembling a layered cake. Generously spread pesto sauce on one of the halves, then sprinkle pine nuts and brown sugar over the pesto. Finally, sandwich the other Brie half on top of the pesto mixture.
  • Open up the crescent rolls and use them to wrap the entire Brie round, ensuring to seal any gaps. Transfer the wrapped Brie onto a baking sheet.
  • Simply bake in the preheated oven for about 20 minutes, until the Brie cheese is softened and the crescent rolls are lightly browned.
