"Effortlessly blend olives, onions, and chiles for a flavorful salsa using your food processor."
Ingredients:
  • 1.5 (5 ounce) jars green olives (such as Italica®)
  • 1 (6 ounce) can pitted black olives, or more to taste
  • 1 (4 ounce) can chopped green chilies
  • 1 large white onion, cut into large chunks
  • 2 tomatoes, cored
  • 1.5 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • 4 cloves garlic, peeled
  • 3 drops hot pepper sauce (such as Tabasco®), or to taste
Instructions:
  • Drain olives and green chiles. Chop white onion in a food processor by pulsing. Add olives, green chiles, tomatoes, olive oil, red wine vinegar, garlic, and hot sauce to the processor. Pulse to mix until chunky, around 20-30 seconds.
