Fairy bread condensed milk buttercream icing recipe

Make icing without sugar by adding condensed milk for a sweet, glossy topping. Sprinkle with nostalgia of childhood party treats.
Ingredients:
  • 500g salted butter, chopped and softened
  • 395g can sweetened condensed milk
  • 180g block white chocolate, melted, cooled
  • 40.00 ml hundred and thousands
Instructions:
  • Beat butter in a bowl with electric beaters for 6 minutes until pale and creamy, occasionally scraping down the sides with a spatula. With beaters on low, gradually add condensed milk. Increase speed and beat for 2 more minutes until well combined.
  • Drizzle in the velvety melted chocolate and blend with electric beaters for 2 minutes until fully incorporated. Gently mix in the colorful hundred and thousands. Transfer the mixture into a piping bag with your favorite nozzle attachment, such as the Loyal 1M open star nozzle, and pipe as your heart desires.
