Exciting and healthy lunchbox idea that kids and adults will both enjoy.
Ingredients:
  • 4 multigrain wraps
  • 125.00 ml hommus dip
  • 1/2 baby cos lettuce, leaves separated, torn
  • 150g tabouli
  • 1 Lebanese cucumber, cut into ribbons
  • 225g falafel
Instructions:
  • Lay wraps flat. Spread a generous amount of hummus down the center of each wrap. Add lettuce, tabouli, cucumber, and 3 falafel halves. Roll tightly to seal the goodness inside. Enjoy your delicious creation!
