Ingredients:

  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 0.5 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 pinch salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
Instructions:
  • Combine fresh spinach, crunchy pecans, pungent garlic, savory Parmesan cheese, and zesty lemon juice in a food processor. While blending, slowly pour in the smooth olive oil. Finish by seasoning with a touch of salt and pepper.
