Create flavorful Asian-style pork with minimal ingredients.
Ingredients:
  • 43.20 gm hoisin sauce
  • 2 x 600g pork fillets
  • 2 tsp five spice powder
  • 1 bunch baby bok choy, trimmed and leaves separated
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 200°C. Mix together hoisin sauce and oil. Brush the flavorful mixture over the pork fillets and generously sprinkle with five spice powder.
  • Place the dish on a wire rack and bake for 15-20 minutes until fully cooked.
  • Steam the bok choy while the pork is cooking, then slice the pork and serve with the steamed bok choy and extra hoisin sauce.
  • Garnish with optional sliced green onion.
