Grilled green beans in foil pouch, perfectly seasoned and tender, ideal for pairing with any meat or fish.
Ingredients:
  • aluminum foil
  • 0.5 pound fresh green beans, trimmed
  • 0.5 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
  • kosher salt to taste
  • ground black pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon water
Instructions:
  • Preheat the outdoor grill to medium heat and lightly oil the grate, then place 2 sheets of aluminum foil on a work surface.
  • In a bowl, coat green beans with olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Place the seasoned green beans on prepared foil sheets. Create a pouch by bringing the foil edges over the green beans and sealing them, then add water.
  • Grill the foil pouch until the beans are tender, approximately 15 minutes.
