Four-ingredient vegan cake recipe.
Ingredients:
  • frosting of your choice (optional)
  • 1.75 cups self-rising flour
  • 0.75 cup vanilla-infused sugar
  • 0.33 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 cup carbonated water
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease an 8 x 8-inch baking dish.
  • In a large bowl, combine flour and sugar, then whisk together. Pour in oil and half of the carbonated water, mixing until batter is smooth and free of lumps. Add remaining carbonated water and stir until well combined.
  • Gently transfer the batter into the baking dish that you've already prepared.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 35 to 40 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean when inserted in the center. Let the cake cool completely before serving.
  • Top with your favorite frosting for a delightful finishing touch.
