Whip up a delicious cookie bar using cake mix and just four ingredients.
Ingredients:
  • 1 box Betty Crocker™ Super Moist™ White Cake Mix
  • 1/3 cup butter or margarine, melted
  • 2 Tbsp water
  • 1 1/2 cups dried cranberries
  • 1 cup white vanilla baking chips (6 oz)
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (or 325°F for dark or nonstick pan). Grease and lightly flour the bottom of a 13x9-inch pan, or use baking spray with flour.
  • Combine cake mix, butter, water, and eggs in a large bowl until a dough forms (some dry mix will remain). Gently fold in cranberries and baking chips. Spread mixture evenly in pan.
  • Bake for 22 to 26 minutes until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Allow to cool completely for about 1 hour. Cut into 6 rows by 4 rows for bars and store loosely covered.
