White Chocolate Cranberry Layer Bars

Exciting twist on classic magic bars!
Ingredients:
  • 4 cups Cinnamon Toast Crunch™ cereal
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk (not evaporated)
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans
Instructions:
  • Preheat oven to 350°F. Prepare a 9-inch square pan by lining it with heavy-duty foil and spraying the foil with cooking spray.
  • Place the cereal in a food processor or blender and pulse until finely crushed. Combine the crushed cereal with melted butter in a medium bowl, then press the mixture into the bottom of the pan.
  • Drizzle condensed milk onto the crumb mixture, then layer with a generous sprinkle of white vanilla baking chips, dried cranberries, and pecans.
  • Bake until the top turns a beautiful golden brown, typically 28 to 33 minutes. Let cool completely for about 1 1/2 hours. Cut into 16 bars by slicing into 4 rows by 4 rows.
