Fluffy French crêpes filled with your favorite toppings - perfect for any meal!
Ingredients:
  • 1 teaspoon white sugar
  • 0.25 teaspoon salt
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 cups milk
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
Instructions:
  • In a bowl, combine sifted flour, sugar, and salt. In a separate large bowl, use an electric mixer to beat eggs and milk together. Slowly mix in the flour mixture until smooth, then stir in melted butter.
  • Prepare your griddle or frying pan with a light coating of oil and heat over medium-high heat.
  • Spoon 2 tablespoons of batter onto the griddle and swirl to spread thinly. Cook for 1-2 minutes until the top is set and the bottom is lightly browned. Flip and cook for another minute. Repeat with the rest of the batter.
