Elevate your summer salads with a zesty French vinaigrette, infused with Greek seasoning and a touch of lemon for a burst of flavor.
Ingredients:
  • 1 tablespoon Greek seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 0.25 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 0.33333334326744 cup olive oil
  • 0.25 cup wine vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon grated lemon zest
  • 0.25 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 0.25 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 0.25 teaspoon white sugar
Instructions:
  • Combine Greek seasoning and water in a small bowl and allow it to sit until the seasoning is moistened, approximately 5 minutes.
  • Crush garlic clove with the side of a knife, sprinkle kosher salt over garlic, and use the knife to mash them into a paste.
  • Combine garlic mixture, olive oil, wine vinegar, lemon juice, lemon zest, Dijon mustard, pepper, and sugar with Greek seasoning mixture, whisking until well blended.
