French Toast Crunch™ snack mix: cereal, pecans, pretzels in maple syrup glaze. Enjoy by the handful!
Ingredients:
  • 5 cups French Toast Crunch™ cereal
  • 3 cups Rice Chex™ cereal
  • 1 cup small pretzel sticks
  • 1 cup pecans
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 2 tablespoons real maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Instructions:
  • Combine cereals, pretzels, and pecans in a large bowl; let sit.
  • Place the butter, syrup, brown sugar, and cinnamon in a small microwavable bowl. Microwave the mixture uncovered on High for 2 minutes, remembering to stir after 1 minute.
  • Drizzle the syrup mixture over the cereal and mix well to ensure even coating. Microwave for 3 minutes, pausing to stir and scrape the sides of the bowl every minute.
  • Spread the mixture onto a sheet of waxed paper, allow it to cool fully, then transfer it to an airtight container for storage.
