Delicious apricot crisp recipe for a refreshing summer dessert.
Ingredients:
  • 4 cups apricot halves
  • 0.25 cup white sugar
  • 0.75 cup brown sugar
  • 0.5 cup all-purpose flour
  • 0.5 cup butter
  • 0.75 cup rolled oats
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) for a perfect bake.
  • Place apricots in a 9x12-inch baking dish and generously sprinkle with white sugar.
  • In a bowl, combine brown sugar and flour, then blend in butter using a pastry cutter until it forms coarse crumbs. Gently fold in rolled oats and spoon the mixture over the apricots.
  • Bake in the oven until the fruit is soft and the topping is golden brown and crisp, for 35 to 40 minutes.
