Delicious Fresh Peach Pie recipe with warm peach gelatin, perfect for any occasion. Top with whipped cream.
Ingredients:
  • 1.5 cups white sugar
  • 0.25 cup cornstarch
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 (3 ounce) package peach flavored Jell-O® mix
  • 4 cups fresh peaches - peeled, pitted, and sliced
  • 2 (9 inch) pie shells, baked
Instructions:
  • In a saucepan over medium heat, gently mix together the sugar and cornstarch. Pour in water and bring to a gentle boil. Let it simmer for 3 minutes while stirring consistently. Add the peach gelatin mix, then take off the heat and let it cool.
  • In a large bowl, toss the sliced peaches with the gelatin mixture until coated. Transfer to baked pie shells and chill until set.
