Delicate almond flour muffins with fresh pear flavor, perfect for the family.
Ingredients:
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 3 cups peeled, cored, and diced pears
  • 0.5 cup pecan pieces
  • 1 cup white sugar
  • 0.25 cup brown sugar
  • 0.25 cup butter, melted
  • 1 egg
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to a toasty 350 degrees F (175 degrees C), then prep your 12-cup muffin tin with a light grease or paper cups.
  • In a large bowl, mix together flour, almond flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt. Gently fold in the pears and pecans until combined.
  • Combine white sugar, milk, brown sugar, butter, egg, and vanilla extract in a separate bowl, then gently incorporate the sugar mixture into the flour mixture until blended. Use a spoon to fill the prepared muffin tin with the batter.
  • Bake until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean, approximately 20 minutes in the preheated oven.
