Bacon-wrapped hot dogs deep-fried to crispy perfection - a mouthwatering snack for kids and adults alike.
Ingredients:
- 8 hot dogs
- 8 slices bacon
- oil for frying
- 8 hot dog buns, split and toasted
Instructions:
- Wrap a strip of bacon around each hot dog and secure with a toothpick. Chill the wrapped hot dogs in the fridge while you heat the oil.
- Preheat oil in a deep-fryer or large saucepan to 350°F (175°C).
- In batches, fry hot dogs in hot oil until bacon is crispy and browned, about 2 to 5 minutes. Drain on paper towels and serve in toasted buns.
