Savory sausage, corn, onions, peppers, and smoked sausage in a flavorful one-pot meal.
Ingredients:
  • 1 green bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 red bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 pound smoked sausage, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 1 (16 ounce) package frozen corn kernels
  • 0.5 teaspoon seasoned salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon onion powder
  • 0.25 teaspoon monosodium glutamate (MSG)
  • 0.125 teaspoon ground black pepper
Instructions:
  • In a large, deep skillet over medium-high heat, melt butter until sizzling. Sauté onion, green bell pepper, red bell pepper, and smoked sausage until heated through, about 1 to 2 minutes.
  • In a skillet over medium heat, cook the corn until tender, about 5 to 7 minutes with the lid on. Season with seasoned salt, garlic powder, onion powder, monosodium glutamate, and pepper. Toss together and serve hot.
