Create a decadent frozen dessert by blending thawed cherries with vanilla ice cream and layering it over chocolate brownies. Delicious and irresistible!
Ingredients:
  • 1 box Betty Crocker™ Fudge Brownie Mix
  • Water, vegetable oil and eggs called for on brownie mix box
  • 4 cups vanilla ice cream, slightly softened
  • 1 bag (12 oz) frozen dark sweet cherries, halved
  • 1/3 cup Hershey’s® chocolate-flavor syrup
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 350°F. Spray the bottom of a 13x9-inch pan with cooking spray. In a large bowl, mix together the brownie mix, water, oil, and eggs until fully blended. Add almond extract to the mixture and pour it into the pan.
  • Bake for 24 to 26 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Allow to cool completely for about 1 hour.
  • Combine the velvety ice cream with juicy cherries in a large bowl. Spoon generous amounts of the delightful mixture over the brownies and gently press down with the back of a spoon to create a smooth surface. Freeze for at least 1 hour before indulging in this delectable treat.
  • Allow to come to room temperature for about 10 minutes before slicing. Top each serving with a drizzle of syrup and decorate with a mint leaf and a maraschino cherry, if preferred.
