Frozen Chocolate Wafer Raspberry Torte

Make a decadent frozen torte with Yoplait® yogurt, whipped topping, and chocolate cookies. Delicious dessert in no time!
Ingredients:
  • 4 containers (6 oz each) Yoplait® Light Fat Free raspberry yogurt
  • 1 cup Cool Whip fat-free frozen whipped topping, thawed
  • 1 package (9 oz) chocolate wafer cookies
Instructions:
  • Prepare a loaf pan by lining it with plastic wrap, ensuring that the edges hang over the sides of the pan.
  • Combine the yogurt and whipped topping in a bowl. Spread half of the yogurt mixture halfway up the sides of the pan. Place the wafer cookies vertically in the pan in 4 rows of 9-10 cookies per row. Pour the rest of the yogurt mixture over the cookies.
  • Cover the top with plastic wrap and freeze for 4 to 8 hours. To serve, briefly dip the bottom half of the pan in hot water for about 1 minute to loosen the yogurt mixture. Use the plastic wrap to lift the torte from the pan. Garnish with fresh raspberries and mint leaves, if desired, then cut into 14 diagonal slices and serve right away.
