Wholesome frozen pineapple smoothie with spinach, vegan yogurt, milk, and chia seeds - serves two.
Ingredients:
  • 2.25 cups frozen pineapple chunks
  • 1 cup lightly packed baby spinach leaves
  • 1 (6 ounce) container coconut yogurt
  • 0.75 cup oat milk
  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds
Instructions:
  • Allow the frozen pineapple chunks to thaw for 5 minutes.
  • In an electric blender, blend pineapple chunks, spinach, yogurt, milk, and chia seeds until smooth, for about 2 minutes.
