Fresh frozen pineapple, coconut milk, coconut extract, and tahini blended into a delicious non-alcoholic tahini shake, a unique twist on a classic pina colada.
Ingredients:
  • 0.25 cup shredded coconut
  • 1 cup fresh pineapple, chopped into chunks and frozen
  • 1 cup coconut milk beverage (such as Silk®)
  • 2 tablespoons tahini
  • 0.5 teaspoon coconut extract
Instructions:
  • In a blender, combine coconut and blend into a fine powder. Add frozen pineapple, coconut milk, tahini, and coconut extract; blend until smooth.
