Ingredients:
  • 1 cup sesame seeds
  • 0.25 cup olive oil, or as needed
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) for the perfect cooking temperature.
  • Evenly scatter sesame seeds on a baking sheet.
  • Roast seeds in the preheated oven until fragrant, stirring occasionally, for 10 to 12 minutes.
  • Blend toasted seeds in a blender with olive oil until silky smooth, adding more oil if desired. Store in a sealed container in the fridge.
