Whip up this irresistible dessert in just 20 minutes, then chill and enjoy!
Ingredients:
  • 625ml coffee
  • 16.00 gm brown sugar
  • 60ml liqueur
  • 5.00 gm cocoa powder
  • 18 savoiardi (sponge finger biscuits)
  • 1L Signature Buttermilk Vanilla Ice Cream
  • Chocolate fudge topping, to serve
  • Dark chocolate curls, to serve
  • Cocoa powder, extra, to dust
Instructions:
  • Cover the base of a 10cm x 20cm loaf pan with 2 layers of plastic wrap, leaving the long sides to hang over. Chill in the freezer for 10 minutes.
  • In a bowl, mix together the coffee, sugar, and liqueur (if using).
  • Sprinkle half of the cocoa powder evenly over the base of the pan. Dip 1 biscuit in the coffee mixture, ensuring it's fully coated, then place it lengthways in the pan. Repeat with 5 more biscuits.
  • Take the ice cream out of the freezer and let it soften for 5 minutes. Put it in a bowl and stir until smooth. Spread half of the ice cream over the biscuits in the pan evenly. Repeat the layers with the remaining biscuits, coffee mixture, and ice cream, ending with biscuits on top. Sprinkle with the remaining cocoa powder. Cover the pan with plastic wrap and freeze for at least 6 hours or overnight until firm.
  • Place the serving platter in the freezer for 10 minutes to chill. Invert the tiramisu onto the cold platter, remove the plastic wrap, then generously sprinkle with chocolate topping and chocolate curls. Finish by dusting with extra cocoa powder and slicing into portions before serving.
