Frozen Tiramisu Squares

Make ahead frozen treat serving 15.
Ingredients:
  • 1 cup Original Bisquick™ mix
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/3 cup baking cocoa
  • 1 tablespoon instant espresso coffee (dry)
  • 1/3 cup butter or margarine, melted
  • 2 packages (8 oz each) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/4 cup frozen (thawed) orange juice concentrate
  • 1 teaspoon instant espresso coffee (dry)
  • 1 tablespoon hot water
  • 1/4 cup chocolate-flavored syrup
  • 1 1/2 cups whipping (heavy) cream
  • Baking cocoa, if desired
Instructions:
  • 1. Preheat the oven to 350°F and generously spray a 13x9-inch pan with cooking spray. 2. In a medium bowl, combine Bisquick mix, sugar, 1/3 cup cocoa, 1 tablespoon coffee, and butter until the mixture is crumbly. 3. Gently crumble the mixture into the prepared pan. 4. Bake for 6 minutes, then allow it to cool before enjoying.
  • 1. In a medium bowl, use an electric mixer on medium speed to whip the cream cheese until smooth. Slowly incorporate the milk. 2. Transfer approximately 2 cups of the cream cheese mixture to a separate bowl. Add the juice concentrate to this bowl. 3. Dissolve 1 teaspoon of coffee in hot water. Mix the coffee mixture and chocolate syrup into the cream cheese mixture in the other bowl.
  • In a chilled medium bowl, whip the whipping cream until stiff peaks form on high speed. Gently fold half of the whipped cream into each cream cheese mixture. Cover and refrigerate the chocolate mixture. Spoon the orange mixture over the crust.
  • Chill the crust with orange mixture until firm, for about 1 hour. Spread chocolate mixture evenly over the orange layer. Freeze until firm, for about 4 hours. Allow to sit at room temperature for 10 minutes before serving. Cut into squares by making 5 rows by 3 rows. Sprinkle each serving with cocoa powder. Store covered in the freezer.
