Irresistible fruity antipasto skewers with balsamic glaze - a unique and flavorful delight!
Ingredients:
  • 1/2 rockmelon, seeded
  • 1/2 honeydew melon, seeded
  • 1/4 watermelon
  • 12 cherry bocconcini
  • 12 basil leaves
  • 6 slices prosciutto, halved lengthways
  • 3 Qukes Baby Cucumbers, peeled into ribbons
  • 20.00 ml balsamic glaze
Instructions:
  • Scoop balls from the rockmelon, honeydew melon, and watermelon using a melon baller. Skewer the melon balls, bocconcini, basil, prosciutto, and cucumber onto 12 bamboo skewers.
  • Arrange the skewers on a serving platter. Prepare a mixture of balsamic glaze and oil in a small jug. Drizzle the mixture over the skewers before serving.
