Celebrate July 4th with our patriotic pancakes topped with jam, strawberries, and blueberries.
Ingredients:
  • 2 cups Original Bisquick™ mix
  • 2 eggs, lightly beaten
  • 1 cup strawberry jam
  • 4 cups sliced strawberries
  • 1 1/2 cups fresh blueberries
Instructions:
  • Prepare delicious pancakes by following the instructions on the Bisquick mix box, combining Bisquick mix, milk, and eggs.
  • Spread a layer of jam on each pancake and arrange strawberries in 2 circles around the edges and blueberries in the center. Serve warm or cold.
