Fruity Frozen Yogurt Ice Cream Sandwiches

Indulgent frozen yogurt parfait with granola and chocolate for a refreshing summer treat.
Ingredients:
  • 4 oz (half of 8-oz package) fat-free cream cheese, softened
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 container (6 oz) Greek Fat Free blueberry yogurt
  • 1 container (6 oz) Greek Fat Free peach yogurt
  • 1 box (6 oz) Nature Valley™ dark chocolate granola thins
Instructions:
  • 1. In a medium bowl, blend cream cheese and sugar until creamy. Divide the mixture evenly into two separate bowls. 2. Whisk blueberry yogurt into one bowl and peach yogurt into the other bowl. 3. Layer the peach yogurt mixture over the blueberry yogurt mixture in the bowl and spread gently. 4. Freeze for about 1 hour, or until slightly firm.
  • Take the yogurt out of the freezer. Use an ice cream scoop to scoop both flavors of yogurt into one scoop. Place one scoop of swirled yogurt on the chocolate side of one granola thin. Place another granola thin on top, chocolate side down, and gently press together. Individually wrap in foil and freeze for at least 2 hours until firm.
  • Allow it to sit for 10 minutes at room temperature before serving.
