Wholesome chickpea flour, oats, and cornmeal create hearty wheat-free pancakes.
Ingredients:
  • 0.5 cup garbanzo bean flour
  • 0.75 cup rolled oats
  • 0.25 cup yellow cornmeal
  • 0.5 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 cup water
Instructions:
  • Mix together garbanzo bean flour, oats, cornmeal, cinnamon, and baking powder in a bowl until evenly combined. Add water and stir until small lumps are left.
  • Preheat a lightly oiled griddle over medium-high heat until it sizzles when water is dropped on it. Spoon large dollops of batter onto the griddle, cooking until the edges set. Flip and cook until golden, around 3 minutes per side. Repeat with the rest of the batter.
