Ingredients:
  • 2 teaspoons olive oil
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 6 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 2 pounds shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 0.5 cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • 0.5 lime, juiced, or more to taste
Instructions:
  • In a large skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat. Saute onion, garlic, salt, and pepper until the onion is soft and golden, approximately 5 minutes.
  • Add shrimp to the fragrant onion mixture and cook until the shrimp turn bright pink on the outside and are opaque in the center, about 2 minutes per side. Season with salt and pepper, then stir in fresh cilantro and tangy lime juice, ensuring everything is evenly coated.
