Garlic and Dill Salmon

Easy and delicious garlic dill salmon: Baked fillets marinated in fresh dill, garlic, and olive oil.
Ingredients:
  • 2 (1.5 pound) salmon fillets
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 head garlic, peeled
  • 0.5 cup olive oil
  • 1 ounce fresh dill, chopped
Instructions:
  • Season the salmon fillets generously with salt and pepper before placing them skin-side down in a baking dish.
  • In a food processor, pulse garlic until roughly minced. Add olive oil and dill, pulse briefly to mix. Rub the garlic mixture onto the fish. Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours before serving.
  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) for the perfect cooking temperature.
  • Cook the fish in the oven, uncovered, until it easily flakes with a fork, for approximately 15 minutes. Be sure not to overcook.
