Simple and flavorful salmon with a tangy lemon dill sauce made with butter, white wine, and garlic.
Ingredients:
  • 0.25 cup butter, melted
  • 0.25 cup white wine
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • 5 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 1 bunch fresh dill, stems trimmed
  • 1 (1 pound) salmon fillet
  • 0.5 cup toasted almonds
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C), then blend butter, white wine, lemon juice, and garlic in a small bowl.
  • Spread a little of the butter mixture on the bottom of an 8x8-inch baking pan to coat evenly, then layer with dill. Add the salmon, skin side down, sprinkle with the rest of the dill, and pour the remaining butter mixture on top. Cover tightly with aluminum foil.
  • Cook the fish in a preheated oven for 25 to 35 minutes, or until it flakes easily with a fork. Just before serving, generously sprinkle with almonds.
